Yeah a mistake so many guys that get HTs do is they just get transplants to cover what has already receeded while their forehead remains enormous. They always give the "must look natural" excuse, as if having an enormous receeded forehead is a must for a man and not a boy according to them.

Many men go through all that trouble, to still have a huge forehead months later.

99% of HT patients would benefit from scalp advancement/forehead reduction so much.
