Not really changing the jaw length streatched out his soft tissues so he got a longer face which was his original goal anyways his forehead seems longer because of a different hair style also the 2 pics are taken in differen't lightings his face looks overall the same the difference is the length

i don't think there was anything done to the lips. the lips will expand on their own as the skeletal structure is brought forward. this is especially true for SFS cases

you can simulate this on yourself by putting something between your lips and teeth. the lips will look fuller
