I think it wouldn't really change the colour of your eyes, for me it makes my eyes look more intense, I quite like it. It also has this "limbal" ring if you may call it, so it'd accentuate that for you, potentially. It's rather dark lense though, don't expect much of a colour change.
If you want blue, you should get blue, it will be blue~ish. Anyway, you'll have to get several lenses, so why not try to get as many of different lenses as you can?

Dunno. Only focused on crystal iris or whatever it was called, due to them being the most "realistic"/best. I have similar issue as you, light but dark eyes, imo, so I just need something slight that can lighten them up. Crystal iris blue or light gray are quite good for that, but the blue ones maybe a bit too fake, idk.
