Greening out is the worst thing ever

I broke my cart and put the oil into a coffee without realising that the amount I put in was too much. About an hour later it hit me and I couldn’t breathe, threw up, was dizzy and shivering like crazy.

This lasted for an hour and I then fell asleep. Today I still feel dizzy, I’m supposed to start school tomorrow and I feel high asf and I needed to prepare. I’m never getting high again this has given me trauma.
