Grey/green hue on lower third

I have VERY strong facial hair genetics. I look better clean shaven (maybe 1,5 points better), but everytime I shave I have a grey green hue on my skin.

Should I just give up and do a 2mm stubble? I'm 2 young for laser

Only laser can fix it. Concealer is always obvious especially on thick facial hair. Embrace the stubble.
