In starting a bulk and have been in the gym I want to get up to like 140 or 150
I mean I get it if you’re like 13-14

But like if ur 16 and still that light its not ideal at all

However you need to do it properly, and not be constantly bloated looking from lifting and bulking

For a long time I ate like barley anything and then more recently I have been eating clean and started clean bulk

#1 clean bulk is impossible

#2 eat like healthy growing boy, I.e. eat till your full everyday 3-4x a day, even 5 depending on ur metabolism.

#3 dont fall for peptide/roid bs especially if your >15

Only peptides I’ve looked into is ghk CU and MT 1-2 because I want better skin.

Doesn’t matter much, it’s pretty much all the same. Just don’t get it from Amazon.
