(Grey question) when i try fix my anterior pelvic tilt i end up shorter

I thought i fixed my anterior pelic tilt 2 yrs ago but i guess not. My posture looks wack as hell but i dont know whats wrong. Plus when i let my cheeks out and spine bend it that stupid psture i can steach myself taller than i can streach witj correct posture.
