Honestly I’d say push the test as high as you can WITHOUT running into crazy e2 sides. The second your nipples start hurting like crazy, you notice big mood swings, or any other e2 related sides draw it back a little to a dose that doesn’t do that. I found for me I could tolerate 350mg Test P weekly with absolutely 0 issues, but the second I pushed that to 400 I noticed it. For some people that may be as low as 250-300, for others may be 500, honestly that’s mostly genetic. Id start at maybe 200-250, and then increase dose 50mg a week until you find the sweet spot.also im thinking of doing 350-400 for increased muscle building do you think i should do that
