I have forward grown maxilla and cucked chin. But everyone glazes on about maxilla projection this maxilla projection that. I feel its very overrated

It’s at an angle. He should get Lefort 1 at the most, and maybe Infras. He isn’t a Lefort 2 type of case

Yeah but it is recessed. I dont think lefort 2 is even allowed for non surgical reasons

Maybe but very maybe you can get fillers at your gonions but i think itll probs leave you with shit gonial angle (i too have <100 angle and its fugly) + itll mfuck up your harmony
