Greycels have to be more careful when rating

I feel like theres an “epidemic” on the forum where greycels rate other greycels, which often creates confusion and spreads misinformation. People with little experience should be careful others.

Greycels should pay more attention to members with a good track record.

If youre going to rate atleast know what to look at. I've multiple times seen LTN's being rated HTN.
