His advice is actually somewhat good when it comes to money, relationships, mentality
but I was literally his biggest fanboy, and I stressed way too much about self improvement and the gym and stressed myself. Also did cold showers every morning and ate vegan for 7 years I took his gym, diet advice and redpill advice way too seriously and it fucked me up as you could imagine

I watched some vegan activists animal rights animal gore youtube videos on the meat industry when I was 8 years old and I got very traumatized, got insanely emotional and empathetic towards cows chickens etc which made me decide that I will never want to eat meat again
It ended up probably ruining my growth for the worst during puberty
