I think a lot of users that make a name of themselves get too parasocial with others and get embroiled into weird e-beef and such, whereas greys usually just come here with questions or looking to vent

If someone’s here long enough to get a fancy coloured name or to buy vip then the website becomes too much of a part of their life

That and the weird complex a lot of old users here have, thinking that signing up for a forum earlier makes them better than others
