I look thru ratings once in a while and I find it almost bizarre how people will even think about a rhinoplasty while having blackheads or people will recommend rhinoplasty, sure some people do need a rhino jfl however if you still have blackheads and your considering hardmaxxing without doing basic/simple softmaxxing or at least hardmaxxing via Accutane than you have been misinformed my friend and you need to clear up any acne before you even consider surgery same goes with losing weight if your overweight the only looksmaxxing you should be doing is losing weight
