Idk bro where you live but if you lay in the sun for one hour here in Iraq you are going to get burned to shit unless you are brown skinned or drak skinned.

Because it’s idiotic and I didn’t want to waste my time explaining it, but in simple terms: skin cancer isn’t mostly genetic—UV exposure is a major cause. UV damage is cumulative; you don’t need to burn or spend hours in the sun for it to happen. One hour also varies massively depending on the UV index and location. Sunlight can be beneficial, but that doesn’t make excessive unprotected UV exposure harmless

He is in Eastern/northern Europe he isn't going to get burned or get skin cancer from that weak ass sun but I agree that using sun screen (at least on his face and neck) is going to be beneficial for anti aging benefits and a bunch of other shit.

I agree he’s less exposed than someone in a high UV country. That only means the risk is lower, not that UV suddenly stops causing DNA damage. And I doubt he’s wearing sunscreen purely because he thinks the sun can’t be harmful
