Get rid of all the hair in the mid of the brows (the eyebrows should end at the medial canthus), use tweezers or a microblade. Also you can leave them thick (they look nice imo) or make them slightly thinner.

You can keep the sides of the hair like that and add texture (fades are ugly). Also you can get a fringe (not 100% sure). Do more research, find your face shape, google haircuts for that face shape and find one you like.

Try finding good barbers that can do that. You don't necessarily need heat (but it can help). If you get good products that aren't harmful (based, forte) nothing will happen. Just make sure you don't sleep with the products in your hair, Shower jfl
