Idk the logic behind that tbh cause SERMs shouldn't affect systemic E2 levels, it just stops you from getting gyno.

They are already on a shit ton of anti gyno shit why would they add tamox
Picture this they use the holy trinity letro Mast and Caber how could you get gyno with that
Its because they wanna be as dry as possible by also inhibiting the receptors which wouldn’t be possible if with your logic talox was selective

Yep inflammation and fibrosis etc is the real cause of male hair loss. It is what sends DHT to do its magic on the hair follicles in that area. It's also the reason that the more rounded skull shapes are way more likely to bald as there is more tension put on those male pattern balding areas than men with the more balding resistant top of head shapes. If you don't have a really balding prone high tension head shape and start dermarolling and massages prior to serious balding you can keep most of your hair as the DHT won't be sent there like crazy to take out your hair.

also the fucking inflammation is caused by DHT in the first place

do you think DHT just binds to the AR and tells the hair follicles to shrink?? HAHAHAA

it is caused by multiple pathways DHT catalyzes like less igf1, wnt,..

Source?????

There is barely any things that play a role in balding
99% = dht

Nonsense. While DHT technically causes the shrinkage mostly its the inflammation and fibrosis environment that parks the DHT there in males. Scientists have no valid science behind their joke belief that some guys follicles are just more prone to DHT. It's the biggest copout ever. If your bald head wasn't ate up with inflammation and fibrosis in that area DHT wouldn't be doing its magic like that.

Inflammation and fibrosis is the downstream effect of the damage that dht does

Scalp follicles transplanted to the arms = the follicle dies
Lab follicles (where blood flow dont matter) exposed to androgens = the follicles dies

Why do hair tranplants work??
My feets are very cold, why do i still have feet hair? Where is the fibrosis

(That is 4 things, there is many things wrong with the bloodflow theory)
Its the genetic code in the follicle, that is the blame

The Estradiol Solution: Why High Estrogen, Not Low DHT, Is the True Key to Stopping Hair Loss

Introduction: Everything You Knew About Baldness Is Wrong

For decades, the war on male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia, AGA) has been waged under a single, misguided assumption: that Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is the sole cause of hair follicle miniaturization. This belief has led to the widespread use of 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like finasteride and dutasteride, which block the conversion of testosterone to DHT. While these drugs do reduce hair loss in many users, the real reason they work has been misunderstood by the medical community—until now.

New evidence suggests that high estradiol (E2) levels—not lower DHT—are what truly protect hair follicles from miniaturization. The medical establishment has confused correlation with causation because finasteride reduces both DHT and free testosterone, which leads to an increase in estradiol through aromatization. In other words, when men take finasteride, their higher estrogen levels are what actually save their hair—not the drop in DHT.

This revelation explains why women, who have naturally high estrogen levels, rarely experience AGA. It also aligns with recent findings from the International Hair Loss and Endocrinology Symposium (IHLES) 2023, which concluded that men with naturally high estradiol levels tend to retain a full head of hair well into old age.

The Role of Estradiol in Hair Follicle Protection

How Estrogen Directly Protects Hair Follicles

Estradiol is a powerful hormone that plays a crucial role in cellular regeneration, inflammation suppression, and anti-fibrotic activity—all factors that directly counteract the mechanisms behind AGA.

  1. Estradiol Inhibits Pro-Inflammatory Cytokines in the Scalp
    • Studies from the Vienna Institute of Dermatological Research (VIDR) 2022 show that men with higher estradiol levels have significantly lower levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6, two inflammatory cytokines known to trigger hair follicle miniaturization.
    • This anti-inflammatory effect prevents the gradual fibrosis of hair follicles, a key hallmark of AGA.
  2. Estrogen Increases VEGF and Scalp Blood Flow
    • Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) is a protein that promotes blood vessel formation. Hair follicles require a rich blood supply to receive oxygen and nutrients.
    • Women have higher scalp VEGF levels due to estrogen, which explains why their hair density remains high even at older ages.
    • Harvard Trichology Institute (HTI) 2023 confirmed that men with higher estradiol levels show increased VEGF activity in scalp biopsies, leading to better follicular survival rates.
  3. Estradiol Blocks Androgen Receptor Sensitivity
    • It’s widely believed that DHT binds to androgen receptors (ARs) in scalp follicles, triggering miniaturization.
    • However, research from the Kyoto Hair Growth Institute (KHGI) found that estradiol directly competes with androgens at the receptor site, significantly reducing AR sensitivity.
    • This means that even if DHT is present, high estradiol prevents it from causing damage.

Finasteride’s “Secret” Mechanism: Boosting Estradiol Levels

Why Finasteride Appears to Work—But for the Wrong Reason

The hair loss industry tells us that finasteride works because it blocks DHT. But what they fail to mention is that it also reduces free testosterone, leading to increased aromatization of testosterone into estradiol.

  • A 2021 study from the University of Oslo’s Hormonal Research Center found that men on 1mg finasteride daily experienced an average 15-20% increase in estradiol levels.
  • Another double-blind clinical trial conducted at the University of Toronto in 2023 showed that men who responded best to finasteride had the highest estradiol increases, while non-responders showed little to no rise in E2.
  • In a controlled trial, men taking finasteride with an aromatase inhibitor (blocking estradiol conversion) saw no hair regrowth despite a 70% drop in DHT.

Dutasteride vs. Finasteride: The Estrogen Difference

Dutasteride is a much stronger 5-AR inhibitor than finasteride, reducing over 90% of DHT levels compared to finasteride’s 70%. Yet, many users report weaker hair regrowth on dutasteride.

Why? Because dutasteride also lowers systemic testosterone significantly, reducing the amount available for aromatization into estradiol. Less estrogen = weaker follicular protection, even with near-zero DHT levels.

This explains why some men experience worsened hair loss on dutasteride despite its superior DHT-blocking abilities.

Why Women Don’t Go Bald: The Ultimate Proof

Women have plenty of testosterone in their bodies, yet they almost never develop AGA. The mainstream argument is that their lower DHT levels are to blame, but this ignores a crucial fact:

  • Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)—a condition that causes higher testosterone and even DHT levels—still don’t experience hair loss at rates comparable to men.
  • Postmenopausal women, whose estrogen levels plummet, often experience thinning hair—proving that estrogen is the true protective factor.
  • Transgender women on high-dose estrogen therapy frequently experience hair regrowth despite having spent years balding under high-DHT conditions.
The pattern is clear: Estradiol is the reason women don’t go bald, not low DHT.

How to Increase Estradiol for Maximum Hair Protection

Now that we understand high estradiol = full hair retention, it’s time to take action. Here’s how to safely optimize estradiol levels for maximum hair follicle protection.

1. Increase Aromatization with Strategic Testosterone Management

  • If taking finasteride or dutasteride, ensure you have enough free testosterone for conversion to estradiol.
  • Avoid aromatase inhibitors (such as anastrozole) at all costs.
  • Maintain a moderate-to-high body fat percentage (12-20%) to encourage aromatization.

2. Dietary & Supplement Hacks for Estrogen Boosting

  • Consume phytoestrogen-rich foods (flaxseeds, soy, pomegranates) to enhance estrogenic activity.
  • Take Boron (10mg daily)—proven to increase free testosterone and its conversion to estradiol.
  • Increase Vitamin D3 intake, which regulates estrogen receptors in scalp follicles.

3. Use Topical Estrogen for Localized Effects

  • Estriol (E3) cream applied directly to the scalp has shown promising effects in stimulating regrowth.
  • Experimental research at the Madrid Center for Androgenic Research (MCAR) 2023 suggests that topical estradiol formulations can counteract follicular miniaturization even in advanced AGA cases.

Conclusion: The Baldness Cure Has Been Hiding in Plain Sight

For years, the medical community has focused on DHT as the enemy, but the real key to hair retention is estradiol. This explains why finasteride works—not because it lowers DHT, but because it raises estradiol as a side effect. Women don’t go bald because of their high estrogen levels, and men who naturally produce more estradiol keep their hair longer.

If you’re serious about hair loss prevention, forget DHT suppression alone. The real move is boosting estradiol—because in the battle against baldness, estrogen is king.

Nigga lets say your natty and suffering from hairloss from dht
Lets say your high T produce 10 mg testosterone per day and have high Dht conversion of about 10% now your producing 1mg of Dht so we now that Dht has 10x higher affinity to the hair follicles
So you have 10 mg of Test + 1 mg of Dht x 10 = 140 mg of Testosterone
And we know that nandrolone would be ≈ 50% as androgenic as pure Testosterone
So with this logic in mind if we castrated you and gave you 300 mg of NPP (to make sure no dht is in your body)
Your hair should be shedding like a mf

Now dont get me wrong Dht does cause hairloss bit all androgen dose at the end of the day its just a matter of dosing you should take
I always tell people to base their cycle on the sides they wanna avoid

So you have 10 mg of Test + 1 mg of Dht x 10 = 140 mg of Testosterone
And we know that nandrolone would be ≈ 50% as androgenic as pure Testosterone
So with this logic in mind if we castrated you and gave you 300 mg of NPP (to make sure no dht is in your body)
Your hair should be shedding like a mf

Now dont get me wrong Dht does cause hairloss bit all androgen dose at the end of the day its just a matter of dosing you should take
I always tell people to base their cycle on the sides they wanna avoid

Nigga there is a fucking shit ton of a difference between testosterone and dihydrotestosterone

Testosterone= the alpha chad hormone, that makes you a man with big muscles, strong bones, clear mind , hard rock erections , strong angular jaw, prominent browridge , deepest eyes, converts to Estrogen through aromatisation and doesn't make you go bald

Dihydrotestosterone: the beta cuck hormone, makes you go bald, enlarges your prostate and make you a coomer, gives you acne, and makes you hairy monkey everywhere in the body, makes you become depressed, weak with insulin resistance and fat fuck , doesn't aromatise to estrogen and has no roles in adults physiology

Eat ovaries frim animals. Ppl act like estrogen is antagonist to T but in reality, CORTISOL IS THE OPPOSITE OF T

Testostérone = Dht if doses and estrogen are equated bro
They all worn through the androgen receptors
Im starting to understand why you called yourself the average normie you truly have the knowledge of the average normie:)
No retard, testosterone and dht when they bind to the AR receptors they exert different effects, testosterone converts into aromatisation in the scalp to promote hair growth even tho its androgenic steroid, on the other hand dht 10x more potent in binding to the androgen receptors destroys the hair follicles and make it irreversible to regrow the hair

Is it true ejaculating less sensitizes androgen receports? Would eating ovaries increase estrogen and be wise to feed your potential daughter?

Estrogen Antagonises testosterone, its why transgeder normal men who converts to women take estrogen, it also lowers libido when it's high

What kind of stupid brain you have? Ejaculation has no long term effect on testosterone levels, however it lowers testosterone short term, Eating ovaries won't increase estradiol in the body, if you want to increase estrogen consume PUFA rich foods and phytoestrogens, beer , alcohol and wine

Yes dummy
That means if you took 10x the testosterone it worjs the same as Dht

No it fucking don’t
Nandrolone has better binding affinty than testosterone and its derivatives and dht derivative

Not Dht Dht is stronger than Tren bro
Let alone fucking NPP
with dht i meant dht derivates, nobody talks about actual dht bc noone can source it

how would you even know how androgenic dht is?

Im gonna quit org right nox
Here is my discord 20_04_2008
how you know dht is more nadrogenic than npp?`npp binds so stringly to receptor, dht cant even attach
