when the turbomanlets here measure themselves, they straighten themselves as much as possible, then get a measurement of 5"5, which they barely reach. posture is not a solution at all, it cant be maintained, and if you wish to train posture with rigorous effort, you will achieve nothing, its not even a cope its simply outright pointless.
