Is there a way to grow my lower third aside from bs. My head is wide as fuck and my zygos pop out, while my mandible is recessed and i already naturally have a small lower third.

Test and hgh are the main drivers of growth there so these 2 whilst optimising ur ar sensitivity will do alot

But tren would be helpful so could Masteron and keeping growth plates open as much as possible

Another option is to insert both thumbs into the narrowest part of the mouthguard; they should fit in there.

I think i might have the size too small, do you think if i cant seal my lips properly around it its good? I read online that if your doing it right you shouldn’t be able to close your lips fully.

In theory, you can adjust the size of the mouthguard: place it in boiling water for about 10 seconds, then take it out, adjust it, and let it cool.
