Growing bigger hands?

This is only half related to looksmaxxing, but i assume ill find an answer on this forum
How can I grow my hands? I want bigger hands, not for aesthetic purposes or to fit any beauty standard, but because i feel like its been a small detail thats nagged my my whole life. I have extremely weak grip strength and a horrible time catching anything, which i believe has something to do with my hand size and my grip strength.
Correct me if im wrong because i assume some autist would be able to break this down for me: is grip strength basically just hand size? I know people with strong grip strength, and theyre all fatasses with big hands, and all the dudes with weak grip strengths are all skinnyfucks with small hands.

HGH grows the hands , inject it but obviously look into this more yourself as if your only doing this for bigger hands this is not worth it.

Growing your hands is possible but it takes A LOT of time and effort for a very slow and gradual change.

First off, let's start with rice bucket, I used to think it was cope until I tried it consistently.
It can mimic certain aspects of manual labour, since it involves repetitive gripping, twisting and finger movements. There is this routine on youtube, I recommend doing it twice a day, 6x a week.



Also recommend doing finger deadhangs and farmer carries/holds to failure a few times a week.

Thanks for this man. I’ve already been doing dedhangs but i havent tried the rice bucket method. How do you get the specifics down? Im just wondering where to purchase this rice, and how to stop it from going rancid. Im sure all of that was addressed in the video, but I cant watch that rn

Yea im 5’11.5 at 17 so im not interested in anything steroid related lol

Training forearms will probably also help with hand size, like doing wrist curls and such. I haven't tried rice bucket training but it does sound good.

I just keep it inside my wardrobe and it has never rotted or gotten any maggots.
