Im 17 with a pretty much flat brow ridge. Is it possible to induce forward growth even if it is very minimal. One of my biggest failos so need advice.

AAS should help. Otherwise, get a browridge implant and or fat grafting for better eye hooding at the very least. nothing else will work. You can't just "induce forward growth" of a bone with Costco supplements or massaging your eye area.

It highly depends on genetics but it’s largely affected by androgens, specifically DHT. It might get better when u get older or your genetics aren’t in your favour.
