growing clavicles at 17?

is there any good ways to grow your clavicles if you are 17? i am 5'11 and have slightly narrow clavicles however my hips are wider in comparison, is there any way to grow them besides working out shoulders, i am currently debating if i should start taking test to grow my delts but i have heard that it often stunts bone growth which is why i am asking if there is any way to grow them before hoping on

to be completely fair i personally think they are "normal". I want a very wide frame however which is why i am not happy at all and if i called them normal everyone would tell me to go outside and stop worrying
