Growing Facial hair

I’m 17 years old and I can pretty much grow facial hair, but for some reason each time i try to grow out a goatee the middle of my chin never grows hair. What can i apply on it to help it grow.

Yeah i shave it each time it grows to this point, but im js trying to achieve hair growth on the middle of my chin not js the sides

Hop on some foam or oral minoxidil with a derma roller/stamp if u want
