What are the most effective ways to ACCELERATE facial hair growth?

(I'm 23 (late bloomer...) and my facial and body hair is still developing very slowly. Most likely by the age of 30 I'll have a decent coverage, considering all my male relatives can grow proper beards. So it is only a question of accelerating the process. Same for my brother btw he's just about one year earlier, but the pace of his facial hair growth is the same as mine. )

(I don't want to grow a beard. I want the look of half a day unshaven stubble on the cheeks and chin)

so maybe DHT-based steroids? -> hair loss?
Or testosterone, even though people report no improvements in facial hair growth, it could work in my case as an accelerator of the masculinization process in the late puberty, which I'm appearently still in.
What are other negative effects of minoxidil use, except for damaging collagen.

If i'm correct Minox is an Anti Androgen.

if you havent gone through puberty at 23 you never will. There are people who never go through it i saw a video of some incel 2 years ago who was 31 and never went through puberty and never will that was the video about.

dont focus on the latebloomer part please. I'm saying that I WAS a latebloomer, I am through puberty, jfl. I'm just saying stuff like facial hair and chest hair did only come recently and it's still growing. Guys that started puberty early usually have a full beard at my age. If those guys don't have a full beard at 23 then they genetically can't grow a beard, where as I probably just need to wait longer.

Like i said, potential minox sides aren't worth it.
Facial hair is completely genetic some have it at 15 some at 26.
