Growing Lowed Third

Does anyone know how I can grow my lower third? I’ve been simply repositions my jaw for about half a year now and I’ve seen little to no improvement maybe it’s just cope plus i don’t want to do too much and get TMJ or something. I am 14 as well so I understand my body isn’t fully developed nkt that shouldn’t do too much to my proportions as they’ll all get grow together anyway. Any advice is appreciated.

your body will obviously grow throughout puberty but it’s better to enhance your potential rather than be left disappointed afterwards

Just don't worry about it, don't mouth breath though, your jaw will eventually grow dont rushed
