I dont think chewing with premolars matters, also don't pin, you could hypothetically increase you osteoclasts and osteoblasts by taking hgh with igf and a ai, but I don't recommend it. I'll link sources now

Wolfs law is about stress and tension, bone smashing is absolutely bullshit, if you could apply let's say 140 newtons of force upwards and forwards into your maxilla though, that would grow your maxilla, (hence why marpe works) since it's constant pressure.
