still surprises me that my arms went from 0.1th percentile in girth (11.7 inches, April 2003) to 1st percentile (13.9 inches)... they were 13.0-13.1 after cringely gymcelling for 5 months back in 2004, they grew an extra 0.8 inches in 4 months without me doing anything??? my eyesight rapidly deteriorated in tandem so I am weirded out
