yeah, that's what i read, its just overuse of teh muscle n bones. just wondering why my knees are hurting at night these couple of days. I haven't even been going to the gym.

fifty, fifty. but in the end, it wont happen miraculously. most people won't accept this but the path to getting taller apart from genetics is much more chaotic than what most think.. anyways that's a rabbit hole im not gonna delve into right now. by the end of 19, it's %85 finished and by the end of 21 it's %100 finished. that's the case generally, that's what i can least say
