Im 17 and last summer started having the same growing pains that I had at 14 before my growth spurt, they come every couple days/weeks when Im trying to fall asleep usually. I feel that dull ache in my knee area and an urge to stretch, but I havent grown since theyve come back. I swear to god tho they feel the exact same as growing pains. Im also currently shorter than expected for my genetics and in tanner stage 4. Am I coping or is there hope? What do I do to actually grow?
