growing strech marks

hey guys , does anyone else have growth stretch marks like these? How much did you grow? Usually, very tall people have them, but I'm not even that tall. I look like I've been whipped with a belt and i got insane back pain exactly in this area , what can I do about it?

nah no pain and i dont do anything with them
i had massive growth spurt tho im like 193cm now
