Ive been trying to grow taller and I am 17. I am done with puberty and am seriously considering leg lengthening. Goatis and FaceIQ telling me to drink raw milk and raw meat doesn’t seem viable since my plates are closed. I don’t want to use cope wolf’s law by jumping or weird excersizes, I want to reopen my growth plates and grow. It is making me want to ropemax and I am 5’8. My goal is 5’10.
