growing taller at 6ft

I'm 6'1.4 morning height, 6'0 day height. I've been fat as fuck since I was little (14, 30% body fat now) so i think I'm tanner stage 4.5 maybe more. Though I'm not sure, I recently started growing hair on my chin like 3ish months ago, still only a few thick hairs. I wanna reach 6'3 really fucking badly but cant blast roids, what should I do? I've grown 1 inch roughly since my 14th birthday (august last year) the year before I grew 2 inches.

I know, but if someone tells him, and he gets taller that's just more competition tbh, can't let people like you keep getting taller :rage:

Well really, if you won't use HGH or anything similar, then growing taller is pretty uncertain. The best you can do is maximize your natural growth hormone production and pray your growth plates are mostly open. Maximizing your growth hormone naturally comes down to a few things:
1. Get quality sleep. 7.5-9 hours every single night, sleep and wake up at around the same time. Avoid screens about 1 hour from bed.
2. Get sunlight (vitamin D, but most circadian rhythm optimization) + potentially supplement vitamin D3 and magnesium bisglycinate. Supposedly these supplements will also boost growth hormone production, there's some research to back this up, but it's up to you if you want to try them: Argenine, Alpha GPC, GABA, Creatine.
3. Make sure you're eating a good nutritious diet
4. Exercise/lift/HIIT, avoid powerlifting styles of training, but lifting weights safely with proper loads will boost your GH production. HIIT training has also been showing to increase growth hormone production, you can do it 1-2x a week, keeping sessions short, under 20 minutes.
5. Ideally be in a slight surplus, avoid eating 2-3 hours before bed, and practice 16:8 intermittent fasting.
 
the thing is that your overweight might suppress gh prod due to high insulin and leptin levels

tanner stage 4.5 at 15 is crazy
 
surplus? im not like a healthy weight tho
That's just optional, if you're already overweight then it'd be best if you lean down first, but very slowly, you don't wanna crash your development because you cut too aggressively. stick to 300-500, ideally a deficit of 300
