I was stopped growing taller at 18 im 5'9 at the moment and i am 20 now. Is there any method (no cop) or ways to grow taller in my situation (my father is 5'8 and my mom is 5'4)

if you have good diet, lifestyle and hormones already. Absolutely no way
if you don't have these, fix it and if you grow you grow
but you aren't going to most likely

Just read past threads for info +growing after 20 is pretty much impossible, only option is surgery

read botbs, filter threads by date, read toher ratings and look at constructive criticism (when they point out the failos, not just say kys ltn) and then look in the mirror, take pics with as little lens disortion as possible and see what failos you have, they then fall into 3 categories
1 softmaxxable (fixable without surgery, for example, fat, bad facial hair, short lashes)
2 hardmaxxables (to fix them you would need surgery, for example long philtrum, recessed jaw)
3 unfixables => can fix them but you can fraud (work for come of the 1rst or 2nd category)
for example height is 2 in theory but you really shouldn't aim for LL, instead you can fraud it
also work for cantal tilt, trimming outer lashes help
or eye color => colored contacts
or coloring => softmaxxable to a degree but makeup too
then decide for each failo if you want to fix it and how
takes experience, humility and multiple angles to see everything
