I was talking about looksmax.org with my therapist today. I told her I spend 8 hours/day on this forum every day, and she wanted to get more into detail of what I talk with people about on this forum, whether I meet people from here outside of this forum, etc.

yes, but only slightly tbh. Not a huge improvement but I guess small steps work as long as you keep making small steps and don't get stuck in a min-wage job, but now with even less energy/time to take the next step required in your life.
