I should be 17 in like 4 Weeks.

I am about 174~cm right now.

Could I expect 178cm and are there some Advices???

I know its mostly genetic, but I didn’t have a big growth Spurt since I Am 14.

Right now, getting like 6-7h of Sleep, because I learn an Job.

just get a wrist xray if you didnt stop growing yet they can predict when youre going to stop growing ( not fully accurate) but it might help
