Techincally if you think youre 175 and find out youre 177, you grew 2cm but nah its not even possible to grow 10% of that in 4 days

170->172 prob cause it’s in the morning rn I measured 10 mins ago n just woke up. The rest of the time I measured in the evening.!I prob grew a cm tho
