Since you only produce 123.8 ug/L over 36 hours while pinning hgh vs just sprinting giving you 531 ug/L over 2 hours. Wouldn’t sprinting be more beneficial?

Following 6 weeks of training, the group showed a 5–6% improvement in sprint power and better metabolic efficiency, indicated by faster recovery of blood lactate and lower ammonia levels. Despite these performance gains, the body’s release of human growth hormone (hGH) after sprinting was significantly blunted, with peak levels dropping by over 40%. Ultimately, the study suggests that increased training adaptations reduce the hormonal stress response required to complete the same high-intensity exercise.

This decrease wouldnt happen with rHGH
