I feel like people in this community focus too much on how to “maximise bone growth”, but I have not seen a thread on how to maximise longevity of your growth plates staying open and minimising androgen sensitivity which has been linked to reaching your maximum genetically predispositioned bone growth
Unless the search feature is dogshit and the thread exists and someone can link it I feel like that would be a more productive way to go about researching this instead of coping with “pin hgh” which is cope and doesn’t work
