Growth plates 99% closed

I did an xray of my hand 3 months ago to determine whether my growth plates are closed or not and they are 99% closed. will my clavicles still grow till i am 25 or is it over?

Growth plates doesn't all close at the same time and at the same speed, the growth plate in the femur (critical for height) tends to close relatively early (16-17) while some closes later (Spine, Humerus, Clavicles..).
That's totally normal for the growth plates in your hands to be closed before the ones in your clavicles.
