Had a knee xray yesterday and there was basically no cartilage in the bones left, and the growth plates there are like the most significant for height. It's too fucking brutal that they closed this early, someone with my genes/family history should've kept growing until 18-20, not fucking 16. I might genuinely rope with how shit everything in my life is, I can't have a fucking break

Its not over until 20-25. Growth plates are not working like that, they stopped active growth, but they are remaining to be open, just “passive” until 25 when they will actually close. Basically what you need to do is activate them by physical excercises(swimming is the best) and real gh from doctor.
