If you have alignment issues you should really work on posture. Fixing atp, knock knees, flat feet, etc genuinely will probably get you there (you’re cooked if these are structural issues you were born with). But if you’re a lazy chud then it’s cooked for you.

LL is never worth it unless you're genuinely 5'5 and below.

Not only will it completely fuck your physical capabilities forever, the recovery period is gruesome and not to mention extremely costly with a chance of it going wrong.

Fix posture, wear platform shoes and/or slight lifts and you're golden. Put your mind to other things such as physique instead of fixating on your already above average height.
