If i’m 16, 5’9 (dad is 5’11 mom is 5’8/9) and i already have a happy trail, a some facial hair, and really hairy legs/arms, does that mean that my growth plates are really close to closing/already closed?

i went to my pediatrician and she said that they only do X rays on kids with conditions, she doesn’t let me get an X ray of my growth plates
