Growth plates dont simbolize growth?

Basically i had my legs growth plates checked and they are open but very soon to be closed, almost at the final stage. I asked the doctor if i was growing to grow more, since i didnt even come close to my genetical potential, even though my growth plates were basically closed. The doctor said that growth plates closure only means bone age, and that we can still grow without them being open. Her argument is that we grow by the extension of the bone in the leg and not trough the articulation between the bones, where the growth plates are situated. Should I start taking mk677, since she said that im still growing and that i can still have a growth spurt? Does the mk677 have any bad side effects, and there are better sources for it, or is it all the same?

my parents wont let me take sarms or any thing like aromasin. the only thing they may let me take is mk677. my torso is the same size as my dad, and since my doctor told me that the growth plates in my spin are all basically closed, i would guess that i can only grow on the legs. if i take the same height route as my dad, i would only have a growth spurt around this age (he was shorter than me at my age). is it possible to get assure a significant growth, knowing all the factors and is it worth to take mk677?

basically i got really lucky because i asked for an x-ray on my spine and turns out i actually had scoliosis. now they had to check if one leg was bigger than the other so i had to do an x-ray on the legs
