People think growth plates close as if it’s a switch or smth. It’s way more complex and sometimes docs don’t even know if a growth plate is closed or not just by looking at its X-ray. So for the teen manlets that have been told there closed, there’s hope ig

of course there's no fucking lock in your bones, that's not what "closed" means in this context

If they never close you’ll end up with gigantism tho

There was a guy who was a dwarf all his life and wasn’t able to go to the military at 18 because he was too short

But then he kept growing cause his plates never closed and died at 30 or something deformed tall

Fuck are you saying.. the story you are talking of further supports his story. his putrurity gland that didn't realise enough growth hormones during puberty. He later had a tumour in the purturiy gland that relased excess hgh and cause his bones to grow even after puberty.

Only if you have excess HGH post puberty

It wasn't the HGH that caused him to grow after puberty, it was the fact that the tumor suppressed other key hormones like test and E2 during his development, leading to him having underdeveloped bones, allowing the HGH to let him continuously grow.

Having under developed bones is very scary though, as it's a huge injury risk
