Growth plates open at 18, bit at what cost

was malnutritioned so my puberty was a bit delayed. Im 181 cm rn and its below average where i live. Got my plates scanned and they are still open for plenty.

Its at a cost tho cuz everytime i beat my insomnia and get some good nights of sleep my test rises. And that shit gives me acne and i hate ts so much. I got acne at 18 when everyone has already cleared it alr. And obv dont wanna get on accutane cuz my plates are open jfl.
