Growth plates

I'm 17 and 7 months old , been on this forum since i was fucking 15 and never took action to increase my bonemass i just rotted my brain and never did anything about it
I'm trying to testmaxx and try other things to increase my bonemass but i'm worried my plates are closed by now. Is there any way to check and any new ways of increasing bonemass?
