Growth Spurt pains

I’m currently 5’11-6’0 at 15 i had a growth spurt prior but i have the exact same symptoms again. Excruciating headaches, knees killing me, hard to walk sometimes, increased appetite. Do you think i’m coping? I haven’t seen any growth yet.

It works but its minor check if any of your relatives are tall and when they grew it may be possible for a spurt.

I had that but I was just malnourished & dehydrated. I genuinely thought I was having growth spurt.

I didn’t want to get my hopes up because i would be disappointed if i didn’t grow but i drink lots of water and eat maintenance so i don’t think it’s that.

Definitely hope just be more confident in yourself firstly even though your a little younger than me your most likely a freshman and everyone goes through the short ugly phase early teen.
