Growth Spurts - Is it over if I haven't grown in ~3 years?

I'm 16.5 years old and have been at 177cm since 13. Does this mean my growing has stopped? It seems unlikely but a few of my friends also haven't grown at all since then.

I grew 2 inches throughout 16.5 - 18. I was a pretty late bloomer compared to all the people i know just get your nutrition and sleep right

4-5cm last 5 months
I didn't grow much between 14 and 17

Nothing really, drop weight, maybe it's that?
Maybe I have delayed puberty
But it's the beginning of the spurt lol, I will need to wait more to see how great or not this is

damn...im now litrally reached my dad's height(embarassing lol, he now feels like intimidated by me lol im not the midget)
hopefully ill reach my brothers height(if this is truly my pubertal spurt i might even surpass him lol)
