Recently 16, iam 178cm. My father is about 185cm, my mom 168cm. My older brother (20) is 187cm. What can I do to reach the same height as my brother or is it too late?

I think kinda too but when you come down to heightism, iam really not playing with much space. Everyone wants atleast 6‘0 wich is 183cm. It’s so frustrating to be so close but I fucked up cause of poor sleep habits

yeah exercise is important as well, and if u really wanna take hgh just hide it from your parents but in ur case ur already fine to just let ur genetics do it on its own
