17 rn,puberty started at late 14,still little-no facial hair and uneven body hair (still no on chest etc.) but im fucking 6'3,is my puberty done?

No puberty doesn't end at 17 I didn't really get much body hair until I was 18 and male dimorphism continues into your early 20s.

You started late so you finish late. Puberty doesn’t magically end at 17. Height comes first, hair and mass come later

i did grow 3 centimeters in last 6 months,but idk if thats enough.

Height comes first, bonemass later Late start = late finish. Being tall but young looking at 17 is common not a verdict lol

also height and bonemass are separate traits you can be tall and still have a lighter frame
