Could the fact that as a kid i was vegan ifluence my growth? As a kid i’ve been vegan from 5 to 9. Now i’m not a vegan anymore but i’m not growing much. I’m almost 14 and i’m 5’0 and in stage 2/3of puberty. My mum and dad aren’t short. Maybe i’m a late bloomer but idk.

yes definitely ive experienced same think being 8-11 vegetarian stunned my growth basically untill 15 then shot up 10cm in 2 years

I stopped at 9, not 11. Will it influence my puberty the same? And did u arrive to your predicted hight?

surpassed it already and still not stopping and it will definitely influence for me my puberty started at 15 so basically delayed 2 years

Holy fuck, my dad and mum were also late bloomers. Hope it’s just genetic and i didn’t get ruined for that

That's brutal.. That was the same for me about snoring at night.
You parents were not supposed to have children(s), such as 95% of parents...

But yeah 5'0 at 14 there is really 4 options at least for height :
- Pin hgh (no test, no roids, just hgh), drink as much as raw milk as your body possibly can, stretch, sleepmaxx as fuck, and try to reach 6'0
- Fail to heightmaxxing or just dont take hgh it and you'll do a LL from 5'5 to 5'9 probably
- Cope as hard as you can
- Live knowing that you'll never have good height for a ideal life quality

I suggest you really take hgh, go to a doctor, if its not possible because of theses jews doctors or your parents, take it online and become your own doctor and dont let anyone know. Pin, raw milk, sleepmaxx and even if you only reach 5'7, 5'8 or 5'9, you still can do a LL to 5'11 or 6'0+ ideally if your legs are not that long.

But my dad is 6’0. I don’t think 5’5 is a possibility. Also i’m not 13 and i’m 14

early puberty guys who started at 11-12 could be 2/3 but he didnt mention when his puberty started
